1. In a pot of boiling water, cook pasta. Drain and rinse under cold water. Drain; place in a large bowl. 2. While pasta is cooking. Chop up the cucumber, feta cheese, red onion, olives and cherry tomatoes. Add the pepper. 3. Dressing: In a small jar with lid, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper.
