Littlemafia'S Mini Meatloaf - Scotch Eggs


1. Fry the onion.

2. Add it to the ground meat and season with salt and pepper.

3. Take a quarter of this mixture and wrap it around a shelled hard boiled egg.

4. Roll in the flour,dip in the beaten egg and roll again in the breadcrumbs.

5. Deep fry.

6. When cold slice it up in half or quarters.
