1. Heat broiler. 2. Heat oil in a skillet. 3. Add onions. Saute 10 minutes. 4. Add the tomatoes, spinach, vinegar, sugar, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer 10 minutes. 5. Season fish. Brush with oil. 6. Broil 8 minutes, turning once. 7. Place mesclun on plates. Top with fish and sauce. Serve immediately. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
