1. Heat oven 350. 2. Dredge beef in flour to coat. Shake off excess. 3. Heat oil and butter in a dutch oven. 4. Brown beef in batches, setting all aside. 5. To pan add onion. Saute 2 minutes. 6. Add mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes. 7. Return beef and accumulated juices. 8. Combine the broth, paste, seasoning, mustard and paprika. Stir into meat. 9. Cover. Bake 2 hours, stirring often and added more broth if needed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
