1. Halve cantaloupe. Scoop out seeds. Remove flesh, reserving shells for "bowls". 2. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add onion. Sauté 2 minutes. 3. Add tomatoes and the cantaloupe. Sauté 5 minutes. 4. Add the water, sugar, cayenne and nuoc nam. 5. Simmer 5 minutes. 6. Puree. 7. Return to pot. Re-heat. 8. Top with the green onion, peanuts and cilantro, to taste. 9.
