1. Put all the vegetables, salt and white pepper powder in a bowl. 2. Mix well with your hand. 3. Put a small portion of this on your palm and shape into a thin and small tikki (round). 4. Likewise, repeat for remaining mixture. 5. Pour 1 tsp oil on a flat non-stick griddle (tawa). 6. Put tikkis on this and lightly fry on both sides. 7. Serve with ketchup and have without worry as 1 tikki is not more than 45 calories as compared to a standard size potato tikki which is 100 calories! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
