1. Knead all the ingredients together to combine well using hot water as required to combine. 2. Pinch off round balls of the dough. 3. Dust the board with a little flour. 4. Roll out even-sized theplas. 5. Cook on either side of a flat-bottomed pan{tava} without adding even a drop of oil until golden brown. 6.
