1. Shred the cheese or buy the 16 ounce package of reduced-fat shredded cheddar. Do not use the fat-free cheese it does not melt correctly. 2. Mince the onion. 3. May use canned peppers (small 4 oz can). Peppers should be minced fine and do NOT drain. 4. Mix all ingredients and press into an ungreased 8" square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 5.
