1. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, warm the oil. 2. Add peppers, onions garlic, oregano and cumin. 3. Saute' until vegetables are tender, 1 to 3 minutes. 4. Add the tomato sauce, beans and hot pepper sauce. 5. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes to blend the flavors. 6. Stir the sauce into the hot macaroni. 7.
