Luna'S Stacked Red Enchiladas


1. Fry tortillas one at a time in hot oil. Fry them until they are firm but not crisp.

2. Put tortilla on plate, cover with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of sauce.

3. Sprinkle with onion and cheese. Add meat if desired.

4. Repeat steps until desired amount of layers are complete.

5. Put completed enchildada in oven for 5 to 10 minutes.

6. Top with basted egg.
