1. in a large pot heat olive oil. 2. add onions and simmer on medium heat. 3. stir in garlic. 4. add red wine and saute. 5. in a seperate frying pan cook ground beef until no longer pink. drain. 6. add ground beef to pot. 7. add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
