1. 1. Cut the mango, avocado and pepper in small bite size chunks. 2. 2. Put the lettuce on your plate, place the mango, avocado, pepper, walnuts, red onion and cheese on top. 3. 3. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with the olive oil and lemon juice. 4.
