1. Whisk together water, maple syrup, ginger, lemon juice and sugar in a large saucepan. 2. Place saucepan over high heat and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. REduce heat to medium and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and pour into a large 2 inch deep baking dish. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight. 4.
