Maple Pudding Chomeur


1. Stir flour, sugar,baking powder and nutmeg together in bowl.

2. Whisk milk, butter and rind then pour over the dry ingredients.

3. Sprinkle with raisins and stir.

4. Spread into greased 8 inch baking dish.

5. SAUCE.

6. Whisk all ingredients and pour over the top of the batter.

7. Bake at 350 F until golden and firm to touch.

8. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
