Marie'S Blarney Stones


1. Cream butter, sugars, vanilla and pudding mix.

2. Add eggs and food coloring.

3. Mix in flour and baking soda.

4. Add butterscotch chips and chopped pecans.

5. Chill for several hours.

6. Roll into walnut-sized balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

7. Bake for 8 minutes at 350 degrees.

8. (cooking time includes chill time).
