1. For the lime salt, combine the salt, lime zest and sugar in a mini food processor, such as a Handi-Chopper, until well blended. 2. Place on a saucer for dipping your glass. 3. Rim the outside edge of the margarita glass with lime and dip glass in salt. 4. In a shaker with ice, combine the remaining ingredients and shake. 5. Pour into salt-rimmed glass with ice.
