1. Place feta cheese in a bowl. 2. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, add all the other ingredients and cap jar. 3. Shake until well blended. 4. Pour over feta and stir gently as not to break up cubes. 5. Divide mixture between 2 half pint jars with lids. 6. Store in the fridge for up to a week. 7. To serve, let cheese come to room temp for about 30 minutes. 8. Serve with assorted crackers, chips or crisp breads. 9. Makes 2 half pint jars. 10.
