1. Combine tomatoes, wine, garlic, thyme, and sugar in a saucepan. 2. Bring to a boil. 3. Cool. 4. Pour over the lamb chops and marinate for 3 hours. 5. Broil 5 inches from the heat for 10 minutes on the first side. 6.
