1. Mix together the marinade ingredients to make a paste. 2. Lay the pork steaks in one layer in a tray or 2 flatish bowls. 3. With a small sharp knife make 4 small cuts in each steak. 4. Spread the paste evenly over the steaks, cover in plastic wrap and refridgerate for 3-4 hours. 5. Heat a non stick griddle or george foreman grill and spray the steaks with oil. 6. Cook the steaks for 6-8 mins or until cooked through. 7. Serve with mash. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
