1. In a saucepan combine water, milk, salt, cornmeal & unsalted butter or margarine. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3. Cook until butter is melted and mixture is thick, about 15-20 minutes. 4. Serve topped with a spoonful of cottage cheese and sour cream. 5.
