1. Heat oil (it should be a little bit more than what you would normally use). 2. Fry onions. 3. When slightly brown add curry leaves. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste. 5. Fry until you see the oil coming to the top. 6. add spices, coconut powder and salt and keep frying adding a little water. 7. Then add tomatoes and green coriander. 8. When the tomatoes are cooked, add your beef or mutton. 9.
