1. Brown onion in butter, salt, pepper and nutmeg. 2. Mix pork, beef and dry bread rolled into crumbs. 3. Combine with onions. 4. Add the egg; mix well, and form into small balls. 5. Roll them in a small amount of flour. 6. Brown the meat balls in the 3 tablespoons of butter. 7. When well browned, add beer and lemon juice. 8. Cover and let simmer 30 minutes. 9.
