1. Combine onion, parsley, egg, ketchup, garlic (minced), and salt and pepper in a large bowl. 2. Add cheese and crumbs, and combine. 3. Using your hands, add the meat and gently combine the meat with the above mixture. 4. Shape the meat into 1 1/2 in balls (you should end up with 16 meatballs. 5.
