1. • Brown meat in cooking oil. set aside. 2. • In same oil sauté garlic and onion. 3. • Add lemon, soy sauce, peppercorn, tomato sauce, bay leaf and salt. 4. • Ssimmer for a few minutes then add water. 5. • Add potatoes and carrot. 6. • Cover and simmer until all ingredients are tender. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
