1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Heat the oil in a flameproof roasting tin. 2. Brown the beef in batches over a medium-high heat for 5 mins, then set aside. In the same pan, fry the onions and peppers for 5 mins 3. Add remaining ingredients and 2/3 cup water, season well. 4. Cover with foil, bake in the oven for 1 hour. 5.
