1. Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. 2. Rub the seasonings into the meat. 3. Combine the oil and garlic in a large nonstick skillet. 4. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, or until the garlic starts to sizzle. 5. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until medium-rare. 6. remove from the heat and sprinkle with the feta, lemon juice, and olive. 7.
