1. In a frying pan add sesame oil and stir fry bamboo slices for 1 - 2 minutes over medium heat. 2. Reduce heat to low and add all other ingredients and stir fry for additional 15 minutes or until most of the liquid is gone. 3. Place in a container and keep refrigerated or can be frozen.
