1. Cook rice in 4 1/2 cups water and allow to cool once water has evaporated and the rice is ready. 2. Wash and chop methi leaves. 3. Heat oil in a skillet. 4. Add mustard seeds, hing and green chillies. 5. Add methi leaves, green peas and salt. 6. Cook for 5 minutes. 7. Remove from flame. 8.
