Mexican Appetizer


1. With an electric mixer, whip up cream cheese and mayonnaise.

2. Spread cream cheese mixture onto a platter, about 18 inches in diameter.

3. Add on the salsa, spread with a spoon.

4. Sprinkle tomatoes, green onions and shrimp onto of the salsa.

5. Cover the tomatoes, green onions, and shrimp with grated cheese.

6. Keep it refrigerated until serving time. Put out a bowl of chips, just dip your chip right in!
