1. Place cream cheese, sugar, rum, half-and-half, and cinnamon in blender. 2. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth, 30 seconds. 3. Slice half the bananas into ungreased 1-quart casserole. 4. Dot with butter. 5. Spread with half the cheese mixture. 6. Slice the remaining bananas into casserole; spread with remaining cheese mixture. 7.
