1. In a large Dutch oven, brown ground beef and drain excess fatt. Stir in remaining items EXCEPT DUMPLING INGREDIENTS. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or so. 2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients for dumplings. Mix until blended. Spoon dumplings on top of bubbling beef mixture.
