1. Saute chicken in oil until white (about 3 min). 2. Add chicken broth, sauce, and taco seasoning. 3. Bring to boil, then simmer, covered, 5 min, stirring occasionally. 4. Add corn, bring to full boil. 5. Stir in rice, cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes, stir. 6. Serve with toppings (sour cream, cheese, and chips) as desired.
