1. In large saucepan heat chocolate, coffee, spices, salt, and water over low heat. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. 2. Heat to boiling and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly. 3. Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. 4. Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy. 5.
