Mexican Chocolate


1. In large saucepan heat chocolate, coffee, spices, salt, and water over low heat. Stir till chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.

2. Heat to boiling and simmer 4 min, stirring constantly.

3. Add milk, cover and heat thoroughly, but do not boil.

4. Just before serving, whisk briskly, until foamy.

5. Pour into cups and top with whipped cream.
