Mexican Dinner Pronto


1. In skillet heat oil; saute onion until tender.

2. Transfer to ovenproof baking dish.

3. Arrange half the tamales and gravy over onions.

4. Add the two cans of chili.

5. Sprinkle with oregano;top with remaining tamales.

6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until bubbling hot.

7. Remove from oven; sprinkle with cheese.

8. Bake 15 minutes more or until cheese has melted.
