1. Cut both sides of the beef steaks with diamond patterns about 1/8-inch deep and places them in a shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in a small bowl and pour over the beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours, turning the beef occasionally. 2. Heat the grill and put the steaks on. Cook for about 5 minutes per side and remove from heat.
