1. Fry bacon-- set apart. 2. In remaining bacon grease, stir-fry chopped steak. 3. Process pickled jalapeños strips and carrots in blender. 4. Mix fried bacon and steak. 5. Add the jalapeño mixture. 6. Put everything in a 1 qt capacity cooking pan. 7. Add water to reach almost top of pan. 8. Season with powdered chicken bouillon. 9.
