1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray. 3. In a blender combine ranch dressing and chiles. 4. Process until smooth. 5. Place in a container and refrigerate while you prepare the drumettes. 6. Combine flour and taco seasonings in a shallow dish. 7. Add oil and stir until well combined. 8. Coat chicken with mixture, recoat until you have used up all of the flour mixture. 9. Place in single layer on cookie sheet. 10. Bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake an additional 17 minutes. 11. Serve dressing as dipping sauce for warm drumettes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
