1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Cook onions in nonstick pan until they start to soften, then add shredded chicken, spices, and tomato sauce. Simmer about 10 minutes. 3. Spread polenta in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. 4. Spread refried beans over polenta. 5. Spread meat mixture over beans. 6. Top with shredded cheese. 7. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
