1. Soak wooden skewers in water 1 hour. 2. Thread prawns and zucchini onto 12 skewers. 3. Combine skewers with remaining ingredients in a shallow dish. 4. Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. 5. Drain reserving marinade. 6.
