Mexican Relish


1. Heat vinegar; add chili powder and boil for ten minutes in a large saucepan.

2. Add mustard and salt.

3. Chop vegetables finely; add horseradish and place in a jar.

4. Add boiling vinegar to cover.

5. Seal.

6. Serve with meat.
