Mexican Rice Bean Veggie Thing


1. Cook rice per package directions, 5 minutes into simmering add salsa.

2. Stir.

3. Add corn and beans with a little bit of bean juice to thicken.

4. Add some peas (there weren't enough for me).

5. Add peas in time to thaw.

6. Add garlic and oregano to taste.
