1. Soak rice in hot water for 15 minutes. 2. Drain and place in a cooking pot. 3. Add milk and cinnamon. 4. Simmer on stovetop until rice is well cooked. 5. Discard liquid by sieving. 6. Reserve rice. 7. Heat the"cajeta" on a double boiler until it thins somewhat and cook for 3 minutes. 8. Remove from stovetop and add the chopped nuts. 9.
