Mexican Souffle With Ham


1. Preheat oven to 350°F generously spray 8 individual-size ramekins with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Divide chilies among ramekins. Sprinkle with cheese and ham.

3. Blend eggs, cream, salt and pepper in a blender.

4. Divide egg mixture among ramekins, filling ramekins almost to the top.

5. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

6. Serve with guacamole, salsa, sour cream and tomatoes.
