1. Try to choose block-shaped bell pappers so they will stand in bakking dish. 2. Wash, core and seed bell peppers. 3. Set in baking dish. 4. Brown ground turkey, stirring to crumble. 5. Remove frm heat and place in large bowl. 6. Add cooked rice, tomato, onions, green chiles, seasonings, salsa and egg. 7. Blend well. 8. Fill each pepper with the turkey/rice mixture. 9. Pour tomato sauce over peppers. 10. Bake in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 45 minutes. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
