1. Mix all ingredients except rice, corn and toppings in large saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer two minutes. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add corn, mix thoroughly. 2. Top with grated cheese and tortilla chips. 3.
