Mexican Swirls


1. Soften the cream cheese and beat well with electric mixer.

2. Add the Jalapeno peppers, Cumin and beat well with electric mixer.

3. Add the cheese and chicken and mix well with spoon.

4. Spread mixture evenly on tortillas& roll up tightly.

5. Trim ends of the roll.

6. eat the ends!

7. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill.

8. Slice roll into ¾-1 inch pieces, and place upright on its side on non stick baking pan.

9. Bake in 400 degree oven till hot but not overly melted, 8-10 minutes.

10. Serve.
