Mexican Turkey Burger


1. Mix together (by hand is the best way) ground turkey, cumin, onion, garlic, cilantro, hot sauce, salt & pepper.

2. Form into 4 patties.

3. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium heat.

4. Add patties to skillet & cook 10-15 minutes on each side or until done.

5. Place cheese slices on patties, keep on skillet until melted.

6. Then place on bun & add whatever condiments desired.
