Microwave Cornbread


1. Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl; stir in oil.

2. Beat milk and eggs together, then mix with dry ingredients.

3. Pour into a six-cup plastic ring mold.

4. Microwave on High for four to five minutes.

5. Let rest five minutes before removing from ring mold.
