1. Place pecans on a large glass plate and microwave on high power for 6 minutes, stirring at 2 minute intervals. Set aside. 2. In an 8-cup microwave-safe bowl, microwave margarine on high power for 1 minute. 3. Stir in brown sugar and condensed milk until blended. 4. Microwave on high power for 7 minutes, stirring at 2 minute intervals. 5. Beat with a wooden spoon for about 5 minutes or until stiff. 6. Stir in vanilla and reserved pecans. 7.
