1. Line a square cake tin around 8 " with foil. 2. In a large microwave safe bowl, the biggest one that will fit in your oven, combine the sugar, evaporated milk and the butter. 3. Cook on high heat for 10 minutes, stopping and stirring every 2-3 minutes. 4. Remove from the oven and beat for 2 minutes, I used an electric rotary whisk. 5. Pour in lined tin, or if you have a silicon one you can omit the lining. 6. Mark into squares while soft and leave to set before cutting into bite size pieces. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
